The Use of a 3D Scanner and Measuring Faro Arm for Measuring of Bend Angle Bars on a Three-roller Bending Machine

The article presents the results of the arc measurement analysis carried out in the bending process using a three-roller bending machine. The measurement was carried out with the Atos optical scanner and the Faro measuring arm. For measurements with the measuring arm, the influence of the number of measuring points on the measurement error was determined. The measurement possibilities of the applied methods were compared and the time needed to obtain the measurement results.
