Abstract
•In mouse testes with Leydig cell tumor expression of GPER and PPAR is altered.•Treatment of MA-10 cells with BPA and its derivatives effects on GPER and PPAR expression.•There is a relation between expression of INSL3 and RLN and estrogen level in Leydig cell tumor.•PI3K-Akt-mTOR pathway and/or only mTOR is involved in GPER and PPAR interaction.
