Development and validation of a LC-MS/MS method for simultaneous determination of six glucocorticoids and its application to a pharmacokinetic study in nude mice.

•A new LC–MS/MS method for six glucocorticoids (GCs) were developed and validated.•The LC–MS/MS method was developed in nude mice plasma as matrix.•The PK properties of the six GCs in nude mice were investigated for the first time.•Two-compartment model was developed to describe the PK profiles of the six GCs.
