Abstract
•A folate receptor-targeted nanoparticle was prepared for co-delivery of doxorubicin and miR-200c (DOX/miR-NPs).•The DOX/miR-NPs inhibited PD-L1 expression and robustly induced immunogenic cell death in cancer cells in vitro and in vivo.•The treatment with DOX/miR-NPs significantly increased tumor-infiltrated dendritic cells and cytotoxic T cells.•The tumor growth was remarkably inhibited by DOX/miR-NPs.
