Abstract
Multi-objective optimization of navigation constellation is to find the ideal navigation constellation which not only meets the design specifications but also consumes the minimum cost.Firstly,established a mixed constellation configuration model consisted of Middle Earth Orbits satellites(MEO),Geosynchronous Earth Orbit satellites(GEO) and Inclined Geosynchronous Orbit satellites(IGSO),and also proposed a multi-objective optimization method of navigation constellation using constellation performance and cost as objective functions.Secondly,analyzed objective functions ' selection process and calculation methods of weighted geometric dilution of precision(WGDOP),number of visible satellites(M) and navigation constellation cost,then introduced multi-objective evolutionary optimization algorithm based on decomposition(MOEA/D) to optimization of navigation constellation.Finally,established a multi-objective optimization mathematical model of navigation constellation,then simulated a mixed constellation based on Compass sys-tem to presents a new Compass system optimization method.
