Laparoscopic Gastric Bipartitioning and Gastrojejunostomy In Gastric Adenocarcinoma - A Case Series

Introduction: Gastric cancer remains a condition with poor prognosis. Patients with advance gastric cancer can present with gastric outlet obstruction. Palliative bypass for unresectable gastric cancer is sometimes associated with postoperative delayed gastric emptying. Various techniques are described in literature. Reports of laparoscopic gastric bi-partitioning and gastrojejunostomy are limited to case reports.
