肾脏偶发癌40例分析

Abstract
目的提高肾脏偶发癌的诊治水平.方法对40例肾脏偶发癌的诊断和治疗进行回顾性分析.结果B超检出40例均为健康人群查体发现并经CT和MRI进一步证实.行肾癌根治术30例,肿瘤剔除术10例.平均随访7年,根治术后死亡2例.肿瘤剔除术后死亡1例.结论偶发肾脏癌应视B超、CT、MRI综合分析作出诊断,术中应冰冻切片病理检查,偶发肾脏癌仍宜行肾癌根治术.
