Aiming at the problem of high cost of using mechanical speed sensor in permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) and its vulnerability to external environmental impact,the speed estimator based on model reference adaptive (MRAS) was designed. Taking the permanent magnet synchronous motor as the reference model, the current model was used as the adjustable model, and the adaptive rate was derived by Popov super-stability theory to identify the rotor speed information. Aiming at the problem of that the PI regulator has poor parameter robustness and cannot meet the requirements of rapidity and low overshoot at the same time in traditional Direct Torque Control (DTC), so the regulator based on the Active Disturbance Rejection Control (ADRC) technology was adopted. Its greatest advantage is that it can estimate and compensate the sum of internal and external disturbances in real time, and has the robustness to parameter perturbation and disturbance changes. The simulation results verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the two proposed methods.
