摘要

•A novel hyperbranched co-polymer poly(PAA-DMAEMA-DSDA) has been synthesized via RAFT polymerization.•pH responsive characteristics were studied using DLS with a range of acidic media.•Post functionalising of the polymer with both folic acid and rhodamine was achieved.•Cell uptake of hyperbranched polymers was observed using confocal imaging technique.
