摘要

•This work shows a mathematical model for thermoelectric-based medical devices.•The simulating temperature has a linear cooling/heating rate in times shorter than 100 s.•Efficient current value was calculated, optimizing the cooling/heating magnitude rate.•Behavior of cooling/heating temperature rate is suitable in thermal stimuli’s medical protocol.
