Abstract
Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL) is an aggressive malignancy, highly sensitive to induction chemotherapy with high rates of complete remissions. Long-term survival is less than 35% as a major result of the high incidence of relapses. Allogeneic stem cell haematopoietic stem cell transplantation (AHSCT) represents the therapy with the greatest antileukemic potential and probability of survival.
