Abstract
Cutting parameters play a very important role on manufacturing quality and efficiency in CNC machining. How to choose the optimized cutting parameters so that we can get the minimum surface roughness value and maximum manufacturing efficiency becomes a very important problem in CNC machining. In this paper, the grey correlation analysis method of grey system theory was used to analyze the optimization about surface roughness and manufacturing efficiency, and the influence rule and values of cutting parameters were obtained. The experiment was finished to testify the optimized result, and the result shows that the optimized cutting parameters can improve the manufacturing efficiency and quality.
