摘要
This paper proposes a T-type and flying-capacitor based hybrid five-level rectifier, which is featured with simple architecture, five output voltage levels and small voltage stress across each power switch. These merits make it a great candidate for not only in medium voltage applications but also low voltage applications where high power density and high efficiency are pursed at the same time. Simulation results are provided to verify the proposed rectifier.
