Abstract
In order to improve the uniformity and the utilization rate of the feed liquid in the process of wet leaf feeding and reduce the reduction value of the brightness of the tobacco slice. Under the condition of no circulating hot air, the liquid macromolecular mass was cut into small molecular mass using the small molecular processor of permanent strong magnetic material liquid and the influence of tobacco slice feeding on the uniformity of feeding, the change of the lightness value of the tobacco slice and the sensory quality is analyzed. We can draw the conclusion by semi-supervised clustering analysis: under the condition of no circulating hot air, through the process of the small molecules of material liquid and when the radial Angle of the nozzle is 87.2°, the axial Angle of the nozzle is 91.6°, storage time is 4 h, the uniformity of feeding increased to 62.95%, the decreased value of the brightness of the tobacco slice reduced 2.28 and the sensory evaluation value increased 3.94.
