Abstract
This paper describes a new accurate sub-entire domain basis functions method (ASED-BFM) combined with volume-surface integral equation (VSIE) for efficient computation of the electromagnetic (EM) scattering from large-scale and finite periodic structures (LFPSs), which composed of the connected and composite dielectric-conductor cells. The numerical results are given to prove the accuracy of the new method.
