Abstract
The rapid development of wireless communication requires higher and higher energy efficiency. In this paper, the ratio among the total consumed power over the channel capacity is used to find the optimal power distribution point where the power has the greatest gain in capacity. In the actual communication system, the channel estimation error is a non-negligible problem. This paper establishes an uplink and downlink channel feedback model, which can obtain more perfect channel state information. This paper focuses on the optimal power allocation algorithm for imperfect channel state information. Consequently, the analysis and simulation results show that the channel estimation error will affect the optimal energy consumption ratio and the optimal energy consumption ratio is presented. And the optimal value is better than the situation where the channel state information is completely unknown at the transmitter.
