摘要

•Candida glabrata is a fungal pathogen with a robust oxidative stress response (OSR).•C. glabrata peroxiredoxins Tsa1/2 and sulfiredoxin Srx1 are necessary in the OSR.•In the presence of H2O2, Yap1 and Skn7 control the induction of TSA2 and SRX1.•Both Tsa1 and Tsa2 are required for survival in the presence of neutrophils.•Tsa1 and Tsa2 are localize in the cytoplasm.
