摘要
•The activation of complement C3 was more obvious in the plateau environment than in the low-altitude environment.•CVF treatment decreased the activation of complement C3 after TBI in the plateau.•The results suggested that complement C3 is an important factor leading to secondary injury in TBI in the plateau.
