摘要
The anaerobic bacteria native to the wash residual water can be used to perform the treatment of the same because they are adapted to develop in this type of effluent; for this reason, the importance of isolating native anaerobic bacteria from the wastewater from the processing of alpaca fiber and sheep wool, for later use in the degradation of the organic matter contained in the washing waters. The procedure included taking samples by locating the key points within the washing effluent treatment plant according to the type of sample, in the case of the alpaca fiber sample the sampling points were: the first of the effluent before to enter the settler, the second  to  the  sediment  outlet  and  finally  a  sample  of  sludge,  calling  the  samples:  effluent, sedimentation and sludge, respectively and for the washing samples of sheep wool the sample was obtained from the washing machine directly for Get the pure sample. For the isolation of the anaerobic strains, the thioglycolate broth was used and then the blood agar for the purification and characterization of the strains by the Gram method. The selection of biogas producing strains was carried out in tubes with thioglycolate agar and finally these were identified molecularly. The results obtained show that of a total of 11 isolated strains, five showed higher gas production, being able to molecularly identify: Lysinibacillus sp. (effluent 1), Lysinibacillus varians (mud 2),  Kurthia  gibsonii  (sheep  1),  Kurthia  sp.  (sheep  2)  and  Enterococcus  faecium  (sheep  5). Concluding that these 5 strains can be used for the anaerobic degradation of washing waters with the production of biogas
