Abstract
In article number 1900126, Xu Liu, Qing Yang, and co-workers present a waveguide chip design that permits label-free superresolution imaging. The method captures all sample spatial frequencies over a large bandwidth, permitting artifact-free reconstruction. Two-dimensional sample structures are imaged without distortion and reconstructed over large field of views at sub-wavelength resolution. The results match well with data obtained via SEM and AFM imaging.
