Sa1487 PRODUCTION OF ERCP TRAINING MODEL USING 3D PRINTING TECHNIQUE

Endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP) provides the most diverse therapeutic options within all endoscopic procedures. Training methods and training models of ERCP have become more important than any other endoscopic procedures because of the need for sophisticated techniques to perform difficult procedures and preventing adverse events. ERCP training models have been developed as live animal models, ex vivo porcine models, computer simulators, and mechanical methods. Because they have their pros and cons, there is no easy way to select an optimized model. Thus, clinical training, which observes the procedure and assists the primary endoscopist, is most and widely recommended.
