904 A CHALLENGING CASE OF GASTRIC ESD: REMOVAL OF A SIZABLE CANCER THROUGH ALTERING PATIENT POSITION AND MULTIPLE CLIP-LINE TRACTION

A 62 years old female underwent screening Esophagogastroduodenoscopy and a suspicious 80 mm laterally spreading elevated lesion was found involving the greater curvature of the upper gastric body. She was referred to our hospital for further evaluation and treatment. Biopsy showed well differentiated tubular adenocarcinoma. Computed tomography scan was negative for nodal and distant metastasis. After discussing the various treatment options, patient opted for endoscopic resection.
