Abstract
Endocuff is a device attached to the distal end of a colonoscope, designed to maintain and maximize the viewable mucosa during colonoscopy. Recently multiple studies have been published to assess the efficacy of endocuff in increasing the adenoma detection rate (ADR). We conducted update meta-analysis of studies comparing endocuff assisted colonoscopy (EC) versus standard colonoscopy (SC) for ADR.
