•First comparison of the protein profile of AP formed on enamel-resin specimens.•NF-EGCG group had many proteins not commonly described in the AP.•The addition of CHX to filled resins increased Statherin in the AP.•The addition of EGCG to filled resins reduced the number of proteins in the AP.•The F-EGCG resin had increase in proteins with important functions in the AP.
