酪酸激酶抑制剂(TKI)的应用使成人Ph染色体阳性急性淋巴细胞白血病(Ph+ ALL)治疗效果得到显著提高,然而,应选择哪一种TKI与化疗联合？TKI与哪一种治疗强度化疗方案联合能够使患者更获益？目前这些尚未达成共识.由于TK1联合化疗显著改善Ph+ ALL患者的预后,因此有必要重新评估异基因造血干细胞移植在Ph+ ALL中的治疗作用.此外,免疫治疗在Ph+ ALL治疗中取得初步成功.本文将对Ph+ ALL治疗最新研究进展作一综述.
