摘要

•Antigen B (AgB) and thioredoxin peroxidase (TPx) from Taenia multiceps were cloned.•The antigens were evaluated as agents for serological diagnosis of coenurosis.•Tm-AgB shows high sensitivity and thermal stability.•Tm-AgB is an excellent candidate antigen for coenurosis diagnosis kits.
