DNA interaction and photodynamic antitumor activity of transition metal mono-hydroxyl corrole.

摘要
A series of transition metal corroles were synthesized and evaluated for photodynamic therapy (PDT). Complex Fe-2c exhibited significant photocytotoxicity and low dark cytotoxicity to A549 tumor cells and could induce apoptosis of A549 cells after PDT treatment.
