Abstract
•Nucleotides have been proved to have many important pharmacological activities.•We established MDSPME method coupled with HPCL-DAD for the determination of three nucleotides in Anoectochilus roxburghii (Wall.) Lindl.•The process of sample separation, purification and enrichment was completed in one step.•MDSPME is suitable for sample preparation of complex matrices.•The method might apply to the detection in the traditional Chinese medicine or biological specimen.
