摘要
Dorsolateral prefrontal cortex (DLPFC) plasticity – measured using Paired Associative Stimulation (PAS)-induced Long Term Potentiation-like activity (PAS-LTP) – is associated with working memory in a combined sample of early Alzheimer’s dementia (AD) and healthy comparison (HC) individuals. Still, its relationship with global cognition is yet to be established. In this same sample, we predicted that DLPFC PAS-LTP will be associated with global cognition and that this association will be mediated by working memory.
