Abstract
Background: Kimura's disease is a rare chronic inflammatory disorder of unknown aetiology. It is characterized by the presence of slowly enlarging subcutaneous nodules and benign reactive lymphoid proliferation usually in the head and neck region. It predominantly affects young men of Asian origin however has been reported in all ethnic groups.
