Abstract
Neuroimaging has been used to examine the effects of ketamine, a rapid-acting antidepressant, on brain activity. Previous research has used various types of emotional processing tasks, yet it is unclear which task(s) may be most effective for detecting the impact of ketamine. We compared two such tasks to examine the differential results for ketamine’s effects and for prediction of response to ketamine.
