Separation and purification of wortmannilactone analogues by three-liquid-phase salting-out extraction coupled with column chromatography

•Wortmannilactones were purified by TLP-SOES coupled with column chromatography.•These analogues can be separated into different phases in the optimized TLP-SOES.•Our new approach involves fewer steps and leads to high recovery rates.•The correlation of ClogP and lnK is important in composition selection of TLP-SOES.
