摘要
•CuO@ZnFe2O4 york-shell microspheres were synthesized by a solvothermal method.•The gas sensing properties of ZnFe2O4 and CuO@ZnFe2O4 were investigated.•The CZFO YSMSs-based sensor shows remarkable selectivity to xylene.•Influence on xylene sensing properties caused by oxygen vacancies was studied.
