Abstract
目的:通过分析1例艰难梭菌血流感染治疗成功的案例,为艰难梭菌菌血症(Clostridium difficile bacteremia,CDB)优化治疗提供参考.方法:对1例CDB病人的临床表现、发病机制、高危因素和治疗方案进行分析,并结合相关文献分析CDB的临床特征.结果:该病例为结肠炎症伴慢性穿孔致艰难梭菌血流感染的68岁男性病人,使用万古霉素和甲硝唑抗感染治疗后痊愈.结论:CDB发生率低,死亡率高,早期合理抗感染治疗至关重要.
