Abstract
with a classification accuracy (CA) of 0.73 and receiver operating characteristic area under the curve (AUC) of 0.82.By coupling this with NIR or LFR these values increased to 0.81 and 0.76 for CA and 0.88 and 0.84 for AUC, respectively.By coupling FTR, NIR and LFR together this increased further to 0.83 (CA) and 0.91 (AUC), giving ~10% increase in model performance over Raman spectroscopy alone.These results suggest coupling complementary spectroscopic methods is a promising avenue for increasing the accuracy for in vivo, pointof-care, spectroscopic based disease diagnosis.The authors gratefully acknowledge the NZSG and UORG for
