合理的复烤加工强度对烟叶致香成分的保留、提高卷烟感官质量、减少烟叶卷曲率、节约能源等方面均具有重要意义.综述了真空回潮工序、润叶工序和复烤工序对烟叶质量的影响,系统地探讨了不同加工强度对烟叶感观质量的调控效应,并对该领域进一步值得关注的问题进行了展望,并提出了相关的建议.
