Abstract
卡巴他赛是一种新型紫杉烷类抗肿瘤药物,对于多西他赛治疗无效的、激素难治性、转移性前列腺癌患者效果显著.虽然作为临床二线用药,但由于卡巴他赛对P-糖蛋白的低黏附性以及良好的药动学特性,使其具有较大的应用潜力,近年来越来越受到研究者们的关注.本文结合国内外研究进展,以卡巴他赛的药理作用、不良反应为出发点,对其用于前列腺癌治疗的递药系统研究进行综述.
