摘要

•Three novel cyclic lipopeptides (surfactin homologues) were produced by Bacillus sp. SY27F.•Their chemical structures were elucidated by LC–MS, GC–MS and NMR data.•Compounds 1–3 displayed significant cytotoxicity activity against DU145, MCF-7 and HepG2.
