摘要

We investigate population relaxation and optical coherence times in isotopically purified 167Er3+ diluted to 10 ppm in Y 2 SiO 5 at zero magnetic-field. It reveals long relaxation time of 130 ms and coherence time of $12 \mu \text{s}$.
