Abstract
The algorithm of processing and analysis of surface ECG signal and intracardiac electrograms is considered. The algorithm provides real-time detection of premature ectopic beats, episodes of atrial fibrillation and flutter, life-threatening ventricular heart rhythm disturbances. The detection of heart rhythm disturbances' localization is performed based on the character of excitation wave propagation along conductive heart pathways and myocardium. The localization of heart rhythm disturbances is detected by pro cessing of synchronous recordings of intracardiac electrograms and surface ECG.
