摘要
•We seek to determine the best locations for EV charging stations under driving range uncertainty.•We propose a new location-allocation type formulation for this problem.•We develop a tabu search heuristic method to reduce the CPU time required to solve the problem.•Numerical experiments show the efficiency of the new formulation and of the heuristic in solving the problem.
