摘要

•We produced a gelatin sheet containing triamcinolone acetonide (TA).•TA homogeneity and controlled-release with collagenase in vitro was confirmed.•TA sheet attached to the injured skin of a mouse reduced myofibroblast infiltration.•Clinical situations with aberrant local fibrosis could be treated with the TA sheet.
