Performance of InBios ZIKV Detect™ 2.0 IgM Capture ELISA in two reference laboratories compared to the original ZIKV Detect™ IgM Capture ELISA.

•Performance of InBios ZIKV Detect 2.0 IgM kit was evaluated at 2 laboratories and compared to the former version of the kit.•Specificity, accuracy, and concordance across the laboratories was improved with version 2.0 of the kit.•Specificity with dengue infections increased primarily due to interpretation changes in the new version of the kit.
