摘要

•Spectral analysis of structures with passive systems need spectra for high damping.•High damping spectra uses Damping Correction Factors (DCF) to 5% spectra.•DCFs dependent on period, damping and duration of ground motion.•Different DCFs are necessary for displacement, velocity and acceleration.•New DCFs based on European data are proposed for structures with high damping.
