摘要
The chemical reactivities of 2,4-di-tert-butyl-6-(pyridin-2-ylazo)-phenol (HL1) towards two different Mn precursors are reported. Redox-induced azo bond cleavage followed by oxidative recombination of amido functions have occurred in the reaction with Mn2(CO)10 while azo-anion radical complex is formed in case of Mn(II) precursor.
