Abstract
We demonstrate a 112 Gb/s PAM4 transmitter using silicon photonics microring modulator, on-chip laser and co-packaged CMOS driver. Measured TDECQ is <0.7 dB from 30 degrees C to 60 degrees C with on-chip nonlinear feed-forward equalization enabled.
