Extraction Of Radionuclides Of Cerium, Europium, Cobalt And Strontium With Mn3O4, MnO2, and MNOOH sorbents

•The tests were carried out for the extraction of radionuclides 90Sr, 137Cs and 60Соby manganese oxyhydroxide.•The sorption of the Mn3O4, MnO2 and MnOOH particles towards Sr(II), Со(II), Се(III), Eu(III)ions was investigated.•Sorption of radionuclides 90Sr, 137Cs and 60Со on MnOOH increases with increasing pH of solutions.•The extraction of 90Sr, 137Cs and 60Со from tap water by MnOOH particles is 53.7%, 83.5% and 93.1%, respectively.
