Abstract
•MoO3 is exploited in graphene/Si solar cells to induce p-doping in graphene.•Transparent conductive MoO3/Ag/MoO3 DMD structure is investigated.•MAM multilayer coating improved the doping and device stability.•Sheet resistance as low as 10 Ω/□ is realized using MoO3/Ag/MoO3.•Four-fold enhancement in the cell efficiency is demonstrated.
