Abstract
Precocious puberty is the onset of secondary sexual characteristics prior to 8 years of age. It can be related to a central or peripheral process. In the setting of an ovarian mass the differential diagnosis includes functional ovarian cysts, McCune Albright syndrome (MAS), hypothyroidism and Sex Cord Stromal tumors (SCST) most commonly Granulosa cell tumors.
