Abstract
Introduction: Cesarean scar pregnancy is a rare iatrogenic entity and is defined as a trophoblastic implantation in a myometrial defect of a previous uterine scar. Early diagnosis and prompt institution of treatment are critical to minimize its associated risks and complications and to preserve fertility. Laparoscopic excision is a good option in hemodynamically stable women and when performed by an experienced surgeon.
